Refined Protein Structures by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance and Molecular Dynamics

Brief Description for General Publications

The project aims to reconstruct the detailed structure of complex protein-protein and protein-DNA structures using advance NMR and computational techniques. The detailed protein structures are required to guide a program of drug design as providing basic knowledge about the function of DNA replication. The National Facility resource is needed because the extensive dynamics calculations are computationally intensive.
